TensorFlow Tutorial 9 - Custom Layers

In this video I show how to go one level deeper and not only do model using subclassing but also build the layers by yourself. Specifically we're building a very simple model consisting of dense layers and relu and our goal is to build the dense and relu layers by yourself and show the general structure of building custom layers.
