Но Дерек Маллер раскрыл сразу несколько заговоров, которые, похоже, реально существовали. Всё дело было в заработке. Если точнее, огромные компании в погоне за выручкой договаривались между собой, снижали качество продукции, вынуждая клиентов снова и снова возвращаться за товаром, и придумывали, как заставить покупателей менять ещё пригодную для использования вещь на новую.

От первого факса в 1843 году, механического телевидения с диском Нипкова, живого вещания с ЭЛТ и до сегодняшних реалий со сверхскоростными видеокамерами и ssd.
С помощью замедленного видео, снятого на сверхскоростную камеру phantom v2512, покажет как отрисовывались строчки.
И ещё поведает интересный факт, как телесети решали проблему отложенной трансляции, когда видео ещё не умели записывать. Да-да, телевидение уже во всю бурлило, картинку с телекамер передавали из одного места в другое живьём, а вот записывать и хранить не умели ещё пару десятилетий до появления первого видеомагнитофона.
